Making Choices-Opening Doors: Choices in Residential Supports and Services

Saturday, September 22 2007, 10:00am - 2:00pm

A two-session workshop (September 22 and 29) to help with the most important decisions about where to live. Topics include: Types of Residential Options, Residential Funding Methods in Ohio, Discussion of Service Plans, How to Choose a Quality Program, Planning for the Whole Future.

As a bonus, you will receive a notebook and information CD with a complete set of notes and references

to keep and use.

CMR will remain available for advice and support as you move forward in making these important decisions.
