Transitioning Your Child from Pediatric to Adult Health Care

Join Dr. Garey Noritz, MD and other families for an informative evening and discussion about the needs of children who transfer from pediatric to adult health care, and resources available to assist you and your child in making these care transitions. Advanced registration is required.

Our Speaker: Garey Noritz, MD is an Internist and Pediatrician at MetroHealth Medical Center, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He works in the Division of Comprehensive Care, which provides a medical home to children and adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. He is also medical consultant to the Cuyahoga County Board of MR/DD and is an Assistant Professor at the Medical School. Dr. Noritz is a graduate of Brown University School of Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and of the American College of Physicians.

From the West via I-90: Exit West 25th Street. Turn right and proceed to MetroHealth Drive. Left on MetroHealth Drive. Proceed to North Parking Garage.
From I-71 North or South: Exit West 25th Street. Left on West 25th Street to MetroHealth Drive. Right on MetroHealth Drive. Proceed to North Parking Garage.
From the South via I-77: Take I-490 West to I-71 South. Exit West 25th Street. Left on West 25th Street to MetroHealth Drive. Right on MetroHealth Drive. Proceed to North Parking Garage

NOTE: when entering the North Parking Garage, take a parking ticket (parking is complimentary and tickets will be validated at the workshop). Enter the North Towers Building and follow the signs to the East Dining Room.
