Using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Strategies In Your Home

This workshop is for families interested in learning ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies to use in their home. September 9th, 1:30-4:30 Cedar Rd. Beachwood $20 per person or $50 for four family/caregivers (must register) Topics include Applied Behavior Analysis overview, identifying your goals (assessment), getting started, ABA tools and techniques, establishing attending, motivation and reinforcement, prompting and errorless learning, task analysis and chaining, visual supports (schedules, social stories and list of rules), discrete trials, using observations (collecting data), incidental teaching, addressing behaviors, home based programs.
